Hyde Park High invites prospective pupils

HYDE PARK - Hyde Park High School invites Grade 7 pupils and their parents to the school's annual open day on 8 March.

The evening will give prospective pupils and parents the opportunity to experience everything the school has to offer. School principal, Manolis Vogiatzis emphasised the fact that parents should note that Hyde Park High is the only state school which offers pupils the unique opportunity of following the Independent Education Board curriculum.

Spokesperson for the school, Avril Wright said, “The open day tour is conducted by the school’s senior councillors and gives prospective pupils and parents the opportunity to discuss aspects of school life which may be best answered by a current pupil.”

These tour across the school will take place from 4.30pm to 5.30pm followed by a presentation by principal Vogiatzis in the Thurman Hall.

Details: 011 447 2281.
