Taxi and car in head-on collision, 10 injured
SANDTON - A taxi and car were involved in a head-on collision at 8pm on 15 February, on Grayston Drive in Wynberg.
According to Emer-G-Med, on arrival paramedics found that a car and a taxi had collided head-on, allegedly after the car skipped a red traffic light.
10 people sustained minor to moderate injuries and were treated on-scene before being transported to hospital for further care.
The driver of the car was arrested by Metro Police for allegedly driving under the influence.
A full investigation is being conducted.
