Minister of Energy speaks at Africa Energy Indaba

SANDTON - Africa Energy Indaba, Africa’s premier energy event, will have South African Minister of Energy, Tina Joemat-Pettersson, speak at the seventh annual Africa Energy Indaba event taking place at the Sandton Convention Centre on 17 and 18 February.

The indaba is the only African energy event organised for Africans, by Africans, in Africa. It is also the regional Africa event of the World Energy Council and is strategically partnered by the South African National Energy Association and the Nepad Planning and Coordinating Agency.

Joemat-Pettersson is expected to address global and African energy and business leaders who will be attending the event. The World Energy Council’s 2015 Year of Africa programme, will also kick off at the conference. African energy ministers and over 120 global and African energy experts will be present as speakers. A lively debate is expected in the high-profile sessions and workshops, shaping the next decade of power for Africa’s economies.
