Concert for a cause

BRYANSTON - Bryanston High School and StormfestSA will be hosting a music event from noon until late, guaranteeing a great day out as well as supporting two great causes on 27 September.

StormfestSA is a South African organisation which supports local music talent from all over the country. “StormFestSA highlights the local talent in South Africa by hosting events in South Africa and donating funds back to schools to improve the environment and learning facilities of the school,” said Eugene Dippenaar, founder of StormFestSA.

This one-day event kicks-off at Bryanston High School at 3pm with a car show, products and services expo, and Sony PlayStation will be there to expo their new products.

The main stage will host South African music talent Locnville, Euphonik of 5FM, Mean Mr Mustard and Vin Deysel of Highveld 947.

“The main events field will host the food and drinks stalls along with a beer garden hosted by Greenside Bar Tokyo Star,” said the school’s spokesperson Liz Edwards.
