Errol Levin has not taken the trouble to look at the overall picture regarding the excellent work that the hardworking collectors are doing for our community.
Their work is backbreaking, difficult and unpleasant. The trolleys they push are totally inadequate. Their work is so important to the community that the authorities should supply them, free of charge, with trolleys that have compartments for bottles, plastic and cartons with pneumatic tyres to make the trolleys easier to push. If the authorities agree with my suggestion, I will gladly assist them with the design of the trolleys.
