Fans of boxing enjoy their time out

Boxing fans from all over the world were entertained throughout the course of the ESPN Africa Boxing event in Sandton.

Giving pointers to boxers is better live at the venue than it is at home and that is what the participants of the 22nd instalment of the ESPN Africa Boxing event did.

The event which took place on October 27 had a full house of action seekers cheering for their favourite boxers. In the 22nd instalment of the prestigious boxing challenge, a total of seven fights were offered to the viewers; six main cards and one undercard.

“My partner and I enjoy watching the sport, especially with others in the arena; the atmosphere is amazing and definitely recommended. As much as we are looking forward to watching all of the fights, we are here for the main event,” said Faith Dikgale.

The main event which Dikgale, his partner and the majority of those who were in attendance were all eagerly waiting for the Sikho Nqothole and Denmark Quibido fight.

The conclusion of the fight had Nqothole lifting up his WBO Global Junior Bantamweight Champion title with rapper, Cassper Nyovest.
