Nicknamed ‘King George’ George Malima has worked at Montrose Primary School for a mammoth 30 years:

“I have a tremendous team behind me with nine staff doing various jobs. At Montrose, we have amazing people who really make us feel like part of a big family and have allowed me to DREAM BIG!”

Principal, Sonette van Loggerenberg says that Malima and his team embody the school ethos: “They are proud, professional and passionate, serving the learners, parents and teachers with everything they have, every single time.
