Hyde Park High School is well prepared for the rigorous Covid-19 protocol requirements for the learners to return to school.

According to the school’s Avril Wright, the incoming Grade 8 class just concluded their two-day induction at the school on 11 and 12th February. “It gave them an opportunity to meet their new classmates in a safe and controlled environment.

“There were many smiling eyes and the odd first day back at school jitters, which were quickly quelled by the reassuring educators and senior councillors who had a well-planned activity programme to get them settled into the 2021 academic year,” said Wright.

The learners were welcomed by principal Melanie Kallie who wished them an exciting journey with Hyde Park High School as they head off to be the future matriculating Class of 2025.
