One person has died and another injured following a robbery in Bryanston this afternoon (11 February).
The incident, first shared on social media, reportedly occurred outside of an office park along Ballyclare Drive.

Sandton Police Station spokesperson Captain Bheki Xulu confirmed that a case of robbery and murder has been opened at the station.
“The two men (victims) were gunned down by two unknown male suspects when they robbed them of their belongings at an estimated value of R20 000.”
Xulu added that victims were coming to see a client at the office park.
When they approached the boom gate two armed men approached their vehicle from both sides demanding that they hand over their watches and personal belongings.
“One of the victim was reluctant to do as per order. One of the suspects opened fire on them and they took their watches, cellphones, and wallets. [The] suspects fled the scene with a white Hyundai Accent with the registration number CR 71 LP. GP,” Xulu said.
One of the victims was declared dead on the scene and another one was taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
