WATCH: Winner of Caxton’s R10 000 PixzAR competition cannot believe his luck

Chueu, a radio and journalism graduate of the University of Limpopo and a loyal reader of Alex News, said the win had come at the right time as he was struggling to raise funds to further his studies.

Congratulations go to 25-year-old Amos Chueu from Tsutsumani in Alexandra, Johannesburg, who could not believe it when his phone rang with the good news that he was Caxton’s R10 000 PixzAR competition winner.

“I am currently working for a security company and I was unable to raise enough funds to further my studies,” he said.
“This money came at the right time. I will use it for registration to study this year. Things have been hard for me and I’ve been struggling to get a job for which I studied for in the past four years.”

Chueu who scanned a picture in Alex News urged other readers to download PixzAR’s free app and scan to win the next R10 000 cash prize.

“I just scanned once to test the water and here I am now, the winner, how lucky.”
