Fitness, beauty, brains and punch

SANDTON – Fitness goals, activist goals and everything goals.

Stacey Holland has got it all and she’s packing a punch. From humble beginnings to bigger and better Holland has an unshakable passion for life. Beautiful, bubbly and blissful, Holland’s journey started through divine intervention.

Zimbabwean born and raised all over the world, Holland now calls Sandton home. “I work in the media and communications industries and it was divine intervention I would say, an opportunity came about for me to audition for one of our major news networks and I landed the role of sports anchor.

“I’ve always loved talking to people, asking questions and sharing what I have discovered from these conversations so I guess you could say that yes, It’s what I’ve always wanted to do.” Describing her craft as communicating and listening for a living, she dabbles in a little bit of everything.

Doing what she loves everyday, Holland doesn’t see it as a job. “What I do for a living is so much fun! Almost every element of my work is linked to activities that I thoroughly enjoy, fitness, health, lifestyle, music and entertainment.” Encompassing all those things she has some new projects in the pipeline, keeping with the digital trends we can expect a whole lot of digital content.

“ Right now, I’m working on launching digital shows next year under the umbrella brand of LiveFit with Stace. “The brand will also become a health portal and hub for all the information we discuss on the shows. Given the feedback I’ve received in the past years from the viewers of my television health show is that they love the content provided. “The current economic status has meant many of them have either cancelled their TV subscriptions or are thinking of doing so and as such they’ve requested more online content.”

Giving back is also something very close to her heart, she maintains her stance as a social agent for change through her work with non-profit organisation, 4Change Foundation. She feels that the world lacks empathy and has plans of building a state-ofthe-art rehabilitation centre for people with special needs. And when she is not out being the best person she can be, she’s rather fabulous, keeping up with all the trends. One of her favourite items in her wardrobe now is a beautiful high-waist African printinspired trousers.
