WATCH: Forest Farm celebrates everyone who assists them for Mandela Day
BRYANSTON – Various churches, schools and businesses who support the centre were thanked for their contributions throughout the year.
The Forest Farm Centre for people with cerebral palsy hosted a Mandela Day celebration to thank all the people that assisted them throughout the year.
Representatives from schools, churches, healthcare professionals and many others were thanked for their commitment to helping the residents and staff at the care centre. Some residents also performed songs for the guests.
The non-profit organisation relies on donations from the community to help care for their residents. Many who are being honoured today assist with services and donations and invite residents to take part in various activities #MandelaDay @Sandton_News
