Man bust for break-in at Sandton mall

SANDTON – Sandton Police have arrested a man for a business break-in that took place at a Sandton mall in May.

Officers from Sandton Police Station arrested a suspect for a business break-in at a Sandton mall.

The 30-year-old man from Bramley was arrested on 27 June after detectives followed up on information about him.

The suspect allegedly broke into a computer shop at the mall in May and stole seven laptops to the value of R200 000. After an investigation, it was found that he is wanted for three business break-ins in Sandton, Carltonville and Brits.

The suspect is currently in detention and will appear in court soon.
