Crawford College’s first netball team participated in the Hyde Park/KZN/Gauteng Easter Festival and performed well.
This annual tournament is hosted at a Gauteng school one year and a coastal school the next.
Rugby, netball and hockey for boys and girls were played at the festival.

The team won five of the six games played and the results were as follows:
- Edenglen High School 10 Crawford 32
- Edenvale High 29 Crawford19
- Hyde Park High School 16 Crawford 22
- Hyde Park High 6 Crawford 26
- Hillcrest High School 10 Crawford 21
- Carter High School 11 Crawford 29.
