SANDTON – A suspect was arrested recently by Sandton police for his alleged involvement in a robbery and assault in the Sandton precinct between Rivonia and Witkoppen roads.

Maphakela confirmed that the suspect was later apprehended and detained at Sandton Police Station.

The suspect will again make an appearance in court on 17 February. The case continues.
