Family struggles to accept bridge collapse victim’s death
SANDTON - The family of Adrian Doodnath, a Durban man who was crushed under the scaffolding of the M1 pedestrian bridge on 14 October, is struggling to come to terms with his death.

Doodnath (27) was travelling with his wife, mother, father and a family friend in his vehicle when the scaffolding of the bridge, which was being constructed by Murray & Roberts, gave way.
Two other motorists were also killed in the tragic incident.
An investigation into the cause of the bridge collapse is underway.
