According to Warrant Officer Moses Maphakela, spokesperson for the Bramley police, the incident took place on 7 July when the owner found some items missing from his business.
“The owner had previously left the goods securely locked in the company and when he returned on that day, they were missing from where he had stored them,” said Maphakela.

The owner then checked the closed circuit television camera footage which showed the suspect, who was known to the owner, carrying the items to a car.
Maphakela added that the suspect had resided on the company premises and had keys to the gate. The suspect was arrested for theft and detained at the Bramley Police Station.
