Redhill gives back to the disabled

MORNINGSIDE - The Redhill Preparatory social awareness committee hosted the Forest Farm residents on 2 April.

Marketing officer of Redhill, Nirvana Rogers said, “Forest Farm offers support and care for adults from all cultural, ethnic and religious groups who have cerebral palsy.

“They were treated to tea and snacks served by preparatory pupils and followed by a performance by the choir and orchestra, and Marimba groups.”

The Forest Farm guests enjoyed interacting with Redhill pupils, while the pupils were educated about the world of disabled individuals through first-hand interaction.

Rogers concluded, “The concert was a lovely way to showcase the music events from this term and the special audience of Forest Farm were delighted to have such an enjoyable outing.”
