Motorist gets egged

GRAYSTON - Motorists are warned to not stop if their cars get egged at the Grayston off-ramp from Sandton.

“The egg hit my front window right on the driver’s side, clearly intended to make me stop or disorientated. Please be careful out there,” said a victim, who posted in the I love Parkhurst facebook group earlier today.

The victim was travelling to Grayston Drive when her car was egged.

According to a Facebook user Rodrigo Chacon, “This technique is used to make you use the wipers, forcing you to stop after a short while because you will see nothing! Then they will come and “help you out”… If this happens to you, don’t use the windscreen wipers!” he said.

The Sandton police spokesperson was unavailable for comment.
