The Rosebank Killarney Gazette took to the streets to ask the residents if they thought the city is doing enough preventative maintenance. Here’s what they had to say…

Marcello Shaun Faku : They don’t do enough because if they did, water pipes would be clean every now and then and we would have never experienced dirty water.
