City Power has announced a planned power interruption in Ferndale, Bryanston and Beverley Gardens tomorrow, 5 August.
The interruption, which will also affect the Sanlam building in the area, will start at 8am and end at 5pm the same day.
“The power interruption is necessary to do essential maintenance work on our network which is part of our programme of constantly striving to provide better service,” City Power said in a statement.

City Power urged customers to treat their electricity supply points as live at all times as the supply may be restored at any time. The utility apologised for any inconvenience that may be caused by the power interruption.
