  1. Green juice – you’ve heard all about it time and time again so, it’s time to finally implement it on a daily basis. Here’s our favourite recipe for the ultimate, detoxing, start-your-day-off-healthier juice. .

1 cucumber

 1 apple

1 cup of pineapple

Large knob of ginger

1 lemon

3 celery stalks

Handful of kale
