Avoid the hangover nightmare

JOBURG - It's December and with the New Year coming in fast, here are some tips avoid a hangover.


You have a pounding headache. You’re feeling queasy, irritable, dizzy, and are experiencing a little sensitivity to light and sound. You’re even suffering from muscle aches.

Last night’s fun turned into your worst nightmare.

We’ve been told to eat a banana before you go to bed; get on the Bloody Mary’s the next morning; absorb the alcohol with a fatty fry-up; and even hold your nose and knock back an aubergine and raw egg smoothie if you want to be hangover free.
