JOBURG – The TV personality is in Russia to find the coolest locals to bring home ahead of the World Cup.

Homeground host, Minnie Dlamini is in Russia in search of the coolest Russians to bring to South Africa to experience the World Cup – South African style.

“We cooked up something crazy, something wild,” said Dlamini.

Even though South Africa may not be in the World Cup, the buzz and excitement ahead of the 2018 Fifa World Cup next month is getting stronger and stronger locally showing that #RussiaSiyabangena (#RussiaHerewecome.

The lucky Russians to be hosted in South Africa will definitely get a taste of South Africa’s renowned hospitality – as exhibited in the 2010 World Cup.

“Everyone says the Fifa World Cup in South Africa was the best one yet,” Dlamini said.

The locally-hosted Russians will be exposed to South Africa’s buzzing fan culture in a bid to show that kumnandekhaya (our home is great).”

The Fifa World Cup will take place at 12 different venues in 11 cities in Russia from June 14 to July 15.
