The whole country rejoiced when two of our favourite local actors won awards at the South African Film and Television Awards (Saftas) this past weekend.
Thuso Mbedu won a Safta for Best Actress in a TV Drama for her role as Winnie on Mzansi Magic’s Is’thunzi.
Warren Masemola bagged an award for Best Actor in a TV Drama for his role as Mafred on popular SABC1 drama, Tjovitjo.
