A new vlogger has made a parody video of former finance minister Malusi Gigaba’s famous maiden budget speech which he delivered on 21 February.
@bearleii_sober made fun of Gigaba’s Kendrick Lamar quote which had many a social media user in stitches.
In the video, “Gigaba” continues to quote Cardi B’s Bodak Yellow and even went as far as playing the song to members of the national assembly.
In just over two days, the video has been viewed almost 2 000 times on YouTube and retweeted over 1 500 times.
