Goodman Gallery
Goodman Gallery is one of the most distinguished and longstanding contemporary art galleries in the country. Since its establishment in the heart of Rosebank in 1966, the gallery has continued to work with artists who are contemporary, influential and strive to shift perspectives and create social transformation.
The Zone in Rosebank
The Zone in Rosebank is an integrated mixed-use development providing retail, office and hotel space in the highly frenetic environment of the pedestrian-oriented Rosebank retail node. The Zone comprises five separate buildings, namely The Zone, Regents Place, The Zone Phase 2, The Zone Boulevard and Cradock Square. The centre is located next to Rosebank Mall.
Zoo Lake
Zoo Lake is a favourite for Joburg residents and is the venue for the annual Jazz on the Lake and Carols by Candlelight events. It is also the monthly venue for the Artists under the Sun open air art exhibition. It also boasts the Coronation Fountain, a Johannesburg heritage symbol. Zoo Lake is also a popular spot for picnicking, walking dogs or taking a leisurely boat ride.
