In an interview with the some of the DJs, who are set to rock the Oh Ship cruise which will sail away to the Portuguese Islands in December, Themba ‘DJ Euphonik’ Nkosi, Kagiso ‘DJ Milkshake’ Mabelane, TiMO ODV and DJ Naves spoke about what cruise enthusiasts could expect.
The cruise is set to sail from 2 to 5 December, and it will boast 72 hours of non-stop entertainment.
“I am so excited as the Oh Ship cruise is a gig I look forward to. We will be partying on a ship, what’s more fun than that? Even though I have been a part of a number of these cruises for the past few years, this year’s one promises to be epic,” Mabelane said.
TiMO ODV shared that he is looking forward to his first Oh Ship, as DJ Fresh and Euphonik are seen as legends in the industry. “I am honoured to be able to perform at something like this. I’ll be performing three times over the weekend and each will be a little different from the other. People should prepare themselves for big, bad basslines.”
DJ Naves explained that, to his knowledge, DJ Fresh and Euphonik have chosen the finest and most talented line-up of performers. “DJ Fresh and Euphonik are known for partying with mind blowing experiences and this cruise is one of them.
“The cruise can also serve as a time to chill and relax and catch up with your friends– besides partying, there’s tons you can do on the ship.”
Renowned in the music industry, DJ Euphonik expressed that he was super excited as the cruise is one of the coolest parties where one can party with close to 2 000 people. “Every year the cruise showcases something different, from different acts to different people on the ship. I am very confident that the three-day cruise will have party enthusiasts satisfied,” Nkosi said.
“I really advise people to book their tickets as soon as possible, in order not to miss out on what will be seen as the best party of the year.”
The full line-up includes DJ Capital, 5FM’s Thando Thabethe, Roger Goode, DJ Sphectacula and Naves, Forbes & Fix, DJs Shimza, Speedsta, Milkshake, Dino Bravo and Ryan the DJ.
