Jack Daniel’s Boomtown takes over Zoo Lake
PARKVIEW- Hip-hop artist T.I captivates the audience at the Jack Daniel's Boomtown event.
Crowds gathered at the Zoo Lake for a day filled with entertainment and socialising.
Jack Daniel’s Boomtown, featuring international hip-hop artist T.I, captivated the crowds on 12 March with a jam-packed line-up of K.O, Cassper Nyovest, Speedsta, Culoe De Song, WTF and Aewon Wolf.
The event started at 1pm and finished at 10pm and combined premium hospitality with local and international hip-hop legends in a beautiful outdoor venue.
“The experience was unbelievable. I had a great time and it was incredible seeing T.I perform on stage,” said Alice Mpholo, an attendee of the event.
In recent years, Jack Daniel’s Boomtown has established itself as a lifestyle experience which celebrates local and international hip-hop, urban, and house culture.
Excited fan, Boitumelo Mmakou, rapped T.I lyrics when asked what she felt about the concert.
Mmakou explained that it was an amazing experience and said, ” Basically, it changed by life.”
