JOBURG - Johannesburg based musician Hogan Antia affectionately known as Mozz Kidd has released the much anticipated music video to his hit single "I Wanna Know" featuring Ricky Rick.
Hogan Antia, affectionately known as Mozz Kidd, is a musician from Jozi who has just released the much-anticipated music video to his hit single I Wanna Know featuring Ricky Rick.
The newly-released vid has already been picked up by Channel O and Trace TV and is expected to enjoy screen time on other TV music channels in the upcoming weeks.
Not many 19-year-olds can testify to having collaborated on a song with an artist they drew influence from when growing up, as is the case with Kidd’s collaboration with Rick. The hit single which was released last year has been aired on various radio stations around the country.
“I think the amazing part about my music creating process is that I still go to school on a daily basis so I am exposed to so many things and incidents to write about,” said Kidd.
“Also, I come from a diverse cultural background and I also use that as an inspiration for my music.”
He added that he had been influenced by local and international artists such as Ricky Rick, Burna Boy, AKA, Davido, Lil Wayne and Drake, to name a few. If his latest release is anything to go by, this young muso is sure to take the music industry by storm.
