Strange Loving & Corona Sunsets present Oliver Schories

Strange Loving is bringing their noise to Joburg and their first international act is Oliver Schories from Germany who will be joined by fellow musical artist, Anouka. Oliver Schories produces deep and emotive techno music that will get the crowd going while DJs Strange Loving have been storming the airwaves with their killer tracks. These three will be playing their jams alongside some local talent like Metro Ticket and Trancemicsoul.

Love Melville – Chocolate and Flower Fair

Kissing booth Fundraiser

13 to 14 February

Ark Animal Centre, 17 Howard Avenue, 2191 Chartwell

11am to 2pm

Entrance is free however donations of cash and or puppy food are welcome

Ark Animal Centre are making their pooches pucker up for their Valentines Kissing Booth fundraiser. You can bet that this furry kissing booth will be far from awkward as you rub noses with the cutest pups around. You can play with the pups, find out more about the Centre’s volunteer process and have a delicious cup of coffee at the coffee store nearby. The only thing you need to bring is yourself, your friends, a donation and your pups that are willing to socialise with others. It’s all for a good cause!

Valentine’s Eve: Romance with Gauteng Opera

13 February

6.30pm to 11pm

Ticket prices range from R125 to R750

It’s going to be an evening of romance as the Gauteng Opera perform in one of Jozi’s trendiest spots. There will be two performances by the Opera, one at 7.30pm and the last around 8.40pm. There will be plenty of mouth-watering food available at the stallholders who call The Sheds home, as well as a selection of drinks. Seating options vary, so book soon to avoid being disappointed.
