Ladies enjoy a successful day of social tennis at Wanderers Club
ILLOVO – The club will host ladies days on a quarterly basis.
The Wanderers tennis section is encouraging more women to participate in Saturday afternoon social tennis by initiating Ladies Days at the club.
Head coach at Wanderers Tennis Howard Espley-Jones that these days will happen quarterly as not that many ladies can play every Saturday.
The first day managed to attract 30 players and the next one will take place in February next year.
Clarins of Paris sponsored gift packs for the ladies and they also enjoyed tea and cake.
Espley-Jones said that the event was a great success.
