Paying tribute to a late comrade at Wanderers

Simon Mpholo of Rocky Roadrunners receives a tribute award in honour of Hadrian Clarkson.

The Wanderers Athletics Club paid the 15th annual tribute to the late Hadrian Clarkson on 26 August.

They did this through the presentation of a trophy and prize which is awarded to the first male veteran runner in the half-marathon. This year’s winner was Simon Mpholo of Rocky Roadrunners in a time of 01:11:35. Last year Simon also won this award.
