The Totalsports Women’s Race entries open

JOHANNESBURG – This year's Totalsports Women's Race online entries are open.

The entries for the Totalsports Women’s Race are open and will take place in Newtown on 9 August.

The race will be in support of Pink Drive which raises awareness around breast cancer. Head of Totalsports Craig Lamb said, “The Totalsports Women’s Race aims to unite women from all walks of life.”

He added, “We run for various reasons, for strength, to feel, to fight or to achieve something greater. Irrespective of the reason, we invite all women to ‘run united’ in the build-up to and on Women’s Day.”

Online entries are currently open at www.totalsportswomensrace.com, while in-store entries will run from 4 May to 1 June. The Johannesburg branches that will host in-store entries include Sandton City, Maponya Mall, Cresta Shopping Centre, Carlton Centre, Eastgate Mall and the Prichard Street branch in Marshalltown.

The entry fee for the run will cost licensed runners R120 for the 10km, while 5km will cost R80. For unlicensed runners, it will cost R140 which will include a temporary runner’s license.
