The production house found an innovative way to spread its conservation message by using the names and badges of various sports teams that have a tiger as their emblem. These were featured in a music video that has already garnered more than 30 000 listens on Spotify, and the video is also available on YouTube after its release more than 10 days ago.

According to Zoo Shift Music, the production house wanted to raise awareness about tigers which could become extinct by 2070 if ‘we don’t take action’.

Zoo Shift Music said many sports teams featured the tigers’ emblem and ‘we thought it would be like a fun and cool way of bringing attention to this important issue on the conservation of the tigers’.

They said players and fans, especially younger fans, will have fun spotting their favourite team in the video.

This could translate into a massive effort in the fight to conserve and grow the tiger population for future generations to come and ‘we hope teams can add this video to their pre-match playlist’.

One of the football teams featured in the video is none other than Alex Royal Tigers SC, which expressed its delight at being featured in the video when the news of their involvement was delivered to them by Alex News.

“We are thrilled to see Alex Royal Tigers SC being recognised and promoted on a global scale.
