Dear Rosebank Killarney Gazette editor
Thank you so much for the ‘new’ Caxton newspaper, Rosebank Killarney Gazette, which now incorporates our old faithful, North Eastern Tribune. That change allowed us to read about the recent operation on Joburg Zoo gorilla, Makokou, and his successful recovery reported in the article Surgery is a mighty success, [Week ending 3 July 2020]. My daughter particularly appreciated this article, as she has been a member of the Honey Badger Club and then the BMADs (Bikers Make A Difference) for the past 12 years, so knows him well.
Wishing you all the best in the future with all the Caxton local papers that serve our communities so well.
