Eckehardt Finicus writes in response to Bompas developer hits back at residents association:
Stuart Grant is smoking some contraband, because his statements are incorrect.
Fact one: On weekdays, Bompas Road traffic towards Jan Smuts Avenue is heavily backed up in mornings, so much so that the queue of vehicles is more than three quarters of the way down from Jan Smuts. The afternoon traffic in the opposite direction is similar.
Fact two: If you have a cherry picker with a platform going up 17 meters, you will see into neighbouring properties. Grant must either be the worst photographer ever, or blind.
