Parktown High School for Girls hosts more than 10 schools for spring sports day

More than 10 schools descended upon Parktown High School for Girls recently for their spring sports day, which included cross country, hockey, netball, soccer, tennis, and water polo matches that had the crowds enthralled.

Cheers, screams, and school chants dominated Parktown High School for Girls’ sports grounds on October 4 during the spring sports day.

The school hosted various schools on the day, including Roedean School SA, Kingsmead College, St Mary’s, Waverly School, St Dominic’s, and more.

Parktown High School for Girls’ acting headmistress Gail Davidson said she was excited to host other schools for the sports day and was glad the weather came to the party.
