Lucy Davis, Head Girl, articulated her vision for the coming year with a heartfelt commitment to kindness, consideration, and inclusion. “Kindness doesn’t cost anything, yet it has the power to unite and uplift. I believe in considering every individual’s background and feelings, and ensuring everyone feels included and valued,” Davis shared. Her enthusiasm extends to reinstating Kingsmead’s spirited culture post-COVID, promoting active participation in sports and cultural activities, and fostering a collaborative and positive leadership team.

Davis intends to resurrect school traditions and make extracurricular activities mandatory for younger grades to develop sports and music skills, highlight Kingsmead’s culture, and create joy and inclusivity. She is eager to give back to her 13-year-old house.

Deputy head pastoral, Morgan Kohler, values approachability, listening, and gentleness. She hopes to create a friendly environment in which ideas may bloom and to inspire incoming Grade 8 students to appreciate everything the school has to offer.
