“I joined Alberton Sports Shooting Club which offers 10m Air Pistol shooting amongst other types of shooting and under the guidance of Gary Cimma I was taught how to shoot the 10m Air Pistol competition. Air pistol shooting taught me discipline and perseverance as each competition is 90 minutes long, shooting 60 shots, and the aim is to better the score I shot at the last competition.”

He added that competing at a national level is always exciting and always great to finish in the top three but his goal is to do better than the last time he competed.

He concluded that anyone interested in shooting and competing in the 10m Air Pistol Division should contact Alberton Sports Shooting Club or a club that offers it nearest to them.
