De La Salle Holy Cross College says Goodbye to the class of 2022
De La Salle Holy Cross College School's matric class of 2022 said their emotional goodbyes at their valediction.
De La Salle Holy Cross College recently gave its official goodbyes to the current matric class.
A special mass was held at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, where each matric got a blessing from the priest. Thereafter, they proceeded to walk down to the high school for their final assembly and valediction.
The whole high school, including the Grade R pupils, formed a guard of honour for the matrics to walk through to get to the hall.

Their final assembly and prize-giving was emotional as the leaders read speeches and addressed the school for the final time.

Special speeches were said in honour of Debbie Harris and Elfie De Necker who would retire at the end of this year. On the day, matrics also received awards for various sports and cultural activities.
