The Rosebank and Craighall Park campuses transformed into vibrant spaces of cultural expression, where learners, affectionately known as Rosies, proudly showcased their heritage through traditional attire, creative activities, and a mouth-watering array of global dishes.

The celebration brought together a diverse menu, featuring everything from local favourites such as boerewors, vetkoek, and koeksisters, to international delicacies such as pizza, tzatziki with pitas, and fortune cookies. The adventurous sampled South African delicacies such as mopane worms and tripe, while others enjoyed comforting classics, samp and beans. Sweet treats such as shortbread and turrón added a delightful finish to the cultural feast.
