Owethu Sibisi, a Grade 4 learner at Kingsmead College, recently made waves on the national stage as she represented Gauteng at the prestigious South African National Gymnastics Championships.
The championships were held on September 27 at Western Cape Sport School in Cape Town.

With determination and grace, she donned her Gauteng colours as part of the province’s Women’s Artistic Gymnastics team, competing alongside top athletes from all nine provinces. The championships, the largest gathering of South Africa’s gymnastics community, saw an incredible display of skill, strength, and agility from the country’s finest young gymnasts.
