The REEA Foundation is asking the public to donate shredding material for its recycling project
REEA Foundation urges the community to fill its computer room and is looking for long-term tenants.
The REEA Foundation is excited to announce its continued growth and success in providing valuable occupational therapy and income-generating initiatives for persons with disabilities and older persons.
“As we expand our programmes, we seek donations from the public to support our efforts,” stated head social worker and programme creator Elinor Demetrio.

Demetrio added that their recycling, shredding, and upcycling projects saw remarkable growth.
“These initiatives not only offer therapeutic benefits but also generate income. We are grateful for the ongoing support from the general public, which has been instrumental in our success.”

The head social worker highlighted the work the Foundation has done with Upcycle Foundation NPC. “Together, we reduce waste and prevent it from ending up in landfills, exemplifying the power of collective action in promoting environmental sustainability and social responsibility.”
She added that this is where the Foundation requires the public’s assistance as members of the local community, both business and private. For the projects to be successful, the foundation requires an unending supply of scrap paper for shredding.
For upcycling any of the following products are accepted:
• Lever arch files,
• Cardboard,
• Plastic bread bags, or
• Plastic shopping bags.
The REEA Foundation is also looking to fill out its computer room daily, and looking for long-term tenants.
