The Venue in Melrose Arch buzzed with energy as it hosted the Step Up 2 A Start Up event on September 5, a milestone celebrating a decade of inspiring young innovators. This landmark programme, orchestrated by Primestars and The YouthStart Foundation, has become a beacon of hope, nurturing the entrepreneurial spirit in over 100 000 learners across South Africa’s diverse communities – from bustling cities to remote rural areas.

The focus of this year’s programme is the green economy, a timely and crucial emphasis given the global push towards environmental sustainability.
