Killarney Country Club became a hub of impact as the Sasfin Wealth Padel Cup raised R350 000 for ORT SA’s entrepreneurial programs.

The crack of racquets and the buzz of competition set the tone at Killarney Country Club on August 18, as the Sasfin Wealth Padel Cup brought corporate teams together for a day of high-energy play. But this wasn’t just another tournament – it was a mission-driven event, with the goal of raising significant funds for ORT SA, a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering the next generation of South African entrepreneurs.

As the fast-paced matches unfolded, nearly R350 000 was raised, marking a major success for the day. The funds will be directed toward ORT Jet, a key initiative of ORT SA that focuses on equipping small businesses with the skills and resources they need to thrive in a competitive economy. This infusion of support will enable ORT Jet to expand its reach, further empowering budding entrepreneurs and small businesses across the country.
