Fans should brace for a significant traffic impact in Johannesburg as the Springboks get set to battle the All Blacks at Emirates Airline Park. From 22:00 on August 30, until 22:00 on August 31, various road closures will take place nearby.

Rea Vaya service on match day
On match day, the City of Johannesburg’s Rea Vaya Bus Rapid Transit system will remain fully operational, ensuring fans can travel with ease. Here are the key services:
1. Trunk (T1) Service from Thokoza Park Rea Vaya station, operating from 05:00 to 19:00.
2. Complimentary (C1) Service running from Dobsonville Integrated Public Transport Interchange to the corner of Voorhout & Princess Streets from 05:00 to 19:00.
3. Both T1 and C1 will conveniently pick up and drop off passengers at Ellis Park East Rea Vaya Station and the intersection of Voorhout and Princess Streets.
4. Expect services to operate every 15 minutes, starting at 09:00 until the last departure at 19:00.
5. Tickets are available for R30.00 at all Rea Vaya stations, while distance-based smart cards are also accepted.
6. Rea Vaya staff will be on-site at the Venue Operations Centre for assistance.
7. Dedicated lanes solely for Rea Vaya buses will be enforced, restricting other public transport.
