The demonstration kicked off with a refreshing winter salad, setting the stage for a culinary journey. Next, she presented a tantalising dish of coconut noodles with peanut chicken, evoking the vibrant flavours of Thailand. To wrap up, she delighted everyone with a delicious coconut and macadamia-infused mousse, offering a perfect balance of richness and sweetness.

For over 40 years, Makan has been a valued collaborator with Hirsch’s. She often delivers engaging and informative cooking classes. She is the acclaimed author of the first Indian Microwave Cookbook, along with five other cookbooks, solidifying her status as a culinary trailblazer.
