St Teresa’s Senior School learners put their entrepreneurial skills to the test

The St Teresa's Senior Primary Entrepreneurs’ Day served as a vital component of the learners' Economic and Management Sciences (EMS) syllabus.

St Teresa’s Senior Primary School Grade 7 learners held an Entrepreneurs’ Day on October 26.

The school’s marketing and communications manager, Lianda May said the event served as a vital component of the learners’ Economic and Management Sciences (EMS) syllabus, “Providing them with invaluable insights into the starting and managing a business. The day was filled with delightful offerings, including an assortment of delectable food, refreshing snow cones, charming key rings, and intricately crafted crochet goods and other creative products.”

The entire school came and supported these young entrepreneurs, contributing to the overwhelming success of the event. It was heartening to observe the enthusiastic support and active participation of the learners, leading to a complete sell-out of all products by the end of the day.

May added that witnessing the Rosies effectively apply their newfound knowledge was truly inspiring and left a sense of accomplishment while fostering a spirit of innovation among the budding entrepreneurs.
