Number 1: Part of Rosebank closed off after alleged shooting incident: Police confirm one man shot dead 

A sad day at The Zone @ Rosebank where two men wearing masks entered a restaurant and went straight to the victim, shooting him multiple times before fleeing the scene. The victim was confirmed dead on the spot.

Number 2: Traumatic recount of purported arsonist

One of the most talked-about crime stories in the Gazette was about an alleged arsonist who was targeting large properties. When the number of reported cases of properties being set alight increased, the police expressed an interest in investigating the possibility of an arsonist in play.
